1. Online Shopping : Part of the Services relates to communicating information to you about our products and services available at our stores or warehouse and allowing you to shop products and services available and through our online portal.

2. Order Confirmation : We will contact you for confirming your order and address. Order will be automatically cancelled if no response to our phone call for order confirmation.

3. Delivery : Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address you specify by order. Your Order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days according to your delivery address provided upon order. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your order is delayed, we will inform you accordingly.

4. Payment : We accept “Card / Cash on Delivery” only.

5. Return / Replacement Policy :

(a) Products are returnable or replacement will be given if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from product of your order.

(b) Return we only we be processed : if the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). If the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. If the products marked as ''non-returnable'' on the product detail page cannot be returned. The products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

(b) Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:

Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after verification , in case the replacement product is out of stock, money will be refunded. If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you provided. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually. We may request for original invoice to verify your credentials before initiating the refund. We reserve a right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up. In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

(c) We provide 7 days money back guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the product is as new , in a re-sellable condition and the box are still sealed. Delivery charge , Installation charge as well as card transaction charges if any will be deducted. Refund can be granted upon approval within 7 days after return for card payment and cash will be refunded one same day.

6. Warranty : Warranty is valid for repair or replacement of parts of the product for the period specified on the invoice from the date of invoice. Warranty not valid if misuse , natural disaster , physically damaged caused by user , altered , repair carried out by unauthorized person.
